I help individuals and couples experiencing life transition and/or turmoil find vision, connection and greater meaning for their lives. Life transitions can range from the dark and difficult times to the excitement of new opportunities. As alicensed clinical psychologistwith a background in theological study, I enjoy connecting the personal ways individuals make sense of their lives with the current and evolving knowledge base of the psychology and neuroscience fields. I help my clients identify the self-reinforcing negative spirals that prevent them from moving forward and assist them with the challenging process of creating change in their lives.
